The Company has assembled a team - both management and advisors - of technology industry veterans and digital imaging experts with diverse backgrounds in general business management, corporate strategy, technology development, financial management, project management, business development, marketing, legal, and planning disciplines.

Senior Management

Eric Severance, President & CEO. 20 years senior management experience in operations, planning, marketing, and business development in technology, financial services, recreation, and professional services industries, in distribution and service environments; in start-up, turnaround and mature organizations (New Breed Ventures, REO Software, Corporate Visions, E&E Consulting, Trend Computing, Fiberboard).  

Pat Finnigan, Vice President of Finance & CFO. 22 year veteran of the high technology industry (IBM, Memorex, Bull SA, Braegen, Praxon, NetSanity) in planning, financial and general management disciplines, with start-up, turnaround and mature organizations; in manufacturing, distribution and service environments; in data communications, data storage equipment, high speed printers, telephony, Internet infrastructure and supply chain collaboration software product categories.

Roy Farrow, Legal Counsel. Twenty (20) years experience practicing corporate, securities, and intellectual property law, primarily for emerging high technology companies. Former partner, Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich and Rosati.


Outside Directors

Scott Creedon - CFA. Founder of Creedon Keller & Partners, Inc.- Chief Executive Officer, Chief Investment Officer. Mr. Creedon has over fifteen years of experience trading convertible securities at firms including J.P. Morgan Investment Management, LIPCO Partners, Lehman Brothers and most recently, Cooper Neff. Throughout his career Mr. Creedon has played a significant role in the convertible community where his skills as an arbitrageur are well regarded.  His theoretical and quantitative focus on convertible securities has produced the strategies and disciplines employed in the Alta Partners portfolios.

Paul Giordano - Managing Director- Head of Portfolio Management & Credit Group at Creedon Keller & Partners, Inc. Mr. Giordano is responsible for managing all of Creedon Keller's investment portfolios with regard to credit, diversification and security selection. Mr. Giordano has over fifteen years of experience in the analysis and trading of fixed income securities domestically and internationally for Merrill Lynch and Societe Generale/FIMAT.

John Osborne - Director and Business Development Consultant. 15 year technology industry engineering professional in networking, image processing, and digital signal processing and compression technology disciplines; Founder and CTO of yet2.com, Datacell and Active Imaging in the UK; Consultant to Polaroid and Sun Microsystems.


Advisors

Steve Jones - Retired CEO. JSB Computer Systems Ltd. Co-founder JSB Computer Systems Ltd. Successfully raised three rounds of venture capital, transitioned from VAR to a pure software company ; opened sales and marketing office in the USA. Took JSB public on the London AIM market in 1997 as JSB Software Technologies plc. Successfully raised over $100M, acquired three US based companies, including CyberPatrol from Mattel and SurfWatch from SpyGlass.

Wendell Balc - Retired founder and CEO, Sierra Imaging, Inc., designer/manufacturer of image processing chipsets for the digital camera industry; sold to Conexant in 2000. Former President and director at Aura Associates. Over the past twenty years, Mr. Balc has been involved in international business alliances and joint developments with such companies as Olivetti, Nixdorf, NEC, Alps, Nippon Steel, and Fujitsu.

Lawrence Lieberman - Investor, director, advisor. Over 25 years experience with technology companies in financial and strategic roles including mergers and acquisitions, licensing, global and domestic partnering and alliances, strategic equity and debt investments, and corporate control. Most recently, served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for Business Objects (Nasdaq: BOBJ), a global provider of enterprise software solutions. Prior positions include senior level roles in corporate development at Apple Computer and Kaleida, Inc. (Apple joint venture), and CFO positions with computer technology, healthcare and energy technology companies. Additionally, Lawrie served as Dean of Admissions of the Stanford Business School from 1976 to 1981. He currently chairs the Strategic Planning Committee for the University of Nevada, Reno's School of Engineering Advisory Board.

Stephen Golden - VP Business Development, LifeClips, a company focused on multimedia for the mass markets. Former Senior Director for Worldwide Consumer Electronics with the Polaroid Corporation, responsible for establishing Polaroid Corporation as a leader in consumer digital imaging by developing a $120+ million consumer electronics business including broad distribution of a full line of entertainment software, digital hardware, and media products.

Allen Rush - VP, Business Development, Foveon, a leader in the development of very high quality CMOS image sensor and subsystems; Former founder and CTO, Sierra Imaging. 25 years experience in computer and imaging related product development. He has been a leader in the development of products and technology for the digital camera market. He has written many publications and patent filings in the areas of image processing, embedded architectures for real time imaging, image processing data flow, and image quality optimization.

Gary Davis - President and chief visionary of RedLine Media, (and its parent company Animation House, Inc.), a full-service interactive Web design and development agency serving the who's who of the Web: Disney, ABC, The GO Network, Microsoft, Oracle, Paul McCartney.
